Godwin Benefo is Ghanaian-born English speaker based in Paris, France, a (Bilingual English and French speaker) where he serves as the founder and pastor of Firm Founders International Ministries (FFIM), established in 2000 to train and empower impactful leaders for today’s society.

A former banker (Sofax Banque (Total Fina Elf ) Societe Generale, SSB Ghana) and accountant by profession, he is now a seasoned business consultant and CEO of GSG Events (Gospel77) and GSG Services, both operating in the Paris region. He is also a graduate of the Didier Lockwood Music Centre in vocal jazz and serves as choir director of his gospel group Gospel77.
Godwin is a certified John Maxwell Team leadership coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Ghana Chapter, offering executive coaching, corporate training and business consultancy.
He has demonstrated visionary leadership across ministry, social impact, and professional development, which led to
– Co-founded the Miracle Time Christian Ministries in 1992 and went on to establish the Great Commission Ministry (Fleuve de Vie Ministère) in 1993
– His passion for service led to the creation of Le Bon Samaritan in 2005, a non-profit dedicated to supporting the vulnerable and marginalised.
– He serves as General Secretary of the Federation of Ghanaian Churches in France (GCCP), 2021-2025, championing unity and growth among diaspora congregations.
He is also the founder of OIKOS Consult, delivering consulting, coaching, and facilitation solutions.
He is the author of “What Nobody Told You About Success,” and co- founder of B&B Publishers offering transformative insights on leadership and achievement.
